The month-long celebration will include:

• Extended Adoption Hours Saturday and Sunday 12pm-7pm

About Animal Care

Animal Care is a donor-funded program within Animal Care & Control of NYC. AC&C takes in and cares for the homeless animals that have no other place to go. Animal Care is dedicated to raising funds to create a comfortable and happy environment for the animals in the Centers and to end the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable dogs and cats. Animal Care is funded by donations and grants. 100% of the money received is used to improve the facilities, expand adoption, medical and transport services, walk the dogs and socialize the cats. This will also allow us to get them adopted faster.
