A new phone system and direct phone number for AC&C (212.788.4000) is now in place. Voice prompts will allow callers to quickly find information about issues including pet adoptions, concerns about sick or injured stray animals, lost pets, making a donation, volunteering, as well as hours and AC&C locations in both Spanish and English. There are also recorded pet care tips on feeding, grooming, housetraining, exercise, behavior and medical concerns.

Dropping-Off Donations
Did you know that you can donate items like blankets, toys and treats at any of our Animal Care Centers? It's a great and convenient way to provide deserving homeless and abandoned pets in our care with items from our Wish List. To donate, just visit any one of our Animal Care Centers, drop-off your donation, and we'll give you a receipt acknowledging your donation for your records. You may also order donations directly online through our Amazon WishList, and they will be delivered directly to us.
