For Outdoor Feral (Unsocialized) Cats:

Do TNR: Trap, Neuter and Return: humanely trap cat, spay/neuter, & return to where you will feed them outdoors and they can continue living without reproducing. This prevents them from having multiple litters in the street and is an alternative to taking them to shelter where they will be immediately put to death.

1.  Take a 3 hour class on TNR and have access to free traps and free spay neuter. Call (212) 662-5761 or go to www.neighborhoodcats.org for info and schedule.

2. Rent humane traps from Muffins Pet Connection (call 718-238-2246 for a “MAMA” low cost spay neuter certificate for feral cats that also includes rabies vaccine & ear tip at participating vets. (call 718-833-7988)

3. Call the ASPCA Spay Neuter Mobile Van at 212-876-7700  x4318 for assistance.
