Summer Youth Employment Program 2010 For ages 14 to 24. Please submit an application through the city at www.nyc.gov/dycd and return it to the following organization for our Manhattan Shelter: East Harlem Council for Community Improvement The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 21, 2010. Submission of an application does not guarantee eligibility or enrollment into the program. If you are selected for SYEP you will be notified by the SYEP provider to which you submitted your application.
