Hercules

  • ID# 28965

  • Dog

  • Manhattan Animal Care Center

A volunteer writes: Hercules is no giant, but a youngster very close to puppyhood in looks and behavior. He is enthusiastic and loves to be in company. He own such glittery and joyous eyes, a non stop wagging tail and a laughing cow smile. Treats are gold to him , so are toys and balls that he does not guard. He is a very good sitter, comes when called, likes butt scratches and is soooo eager to please, mostly when you promise him dry liver nuggets. Treat motivation is a great tool for training , something that young Hercules will need to make him the star pet you will want him to be! After initial pulling, Hercules strolls quite nicely around the block and does not even go after the pigeons. He even sits as requested at the red light. Hercules is a good looking young man, a bit thin but well dressed in his chocolate suit. He has the energy and enthusiasm of the youth that his new owner or family will have to mold with training and love into a wonderful and loyal forever companion. Come and meet Hercules at the Manhattan Care Center and make him yours!
