About Animal Care

by the animal care fund.

The Animal Care Fund is a donor fund within Animal Care & Control of NYC.

AC&C takes in and cares for 44,000 homeless animals each year that have no other place to go. Animal Care is dedicated to raising funds to create a comfortable and happy environment for the animals in the Centers and to end the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable dogs and cats.

The money raised from your generous contributions will allow us to purchase blankets, toys, hire dog walkers, purchase at cat condo and dog runs and make much needed facility repairs.
